H.E. Honorary Consul Nimrod Rinot

Consul Rinot was appointed as the Honorary Consul of Montenegro in Israel in 2009. He has since played a crucial role in the establishment and development of the relations between the two countries. His goals have always been to promote bilateral relations in a variety of fields, including political, social, cultural, economic, and commercial.

Consul Nimrod Rinot is a prominent entrepreneur and philanthropist active worldwide, mainly in Israel and Europe.
Born in 1965, he is married to Shirly, and is a father to three young adults.


Mr. Milos Komnenic (Attorney at Law)

Based in Montenegro, Podgorica, Milos Komnenic is an Attorney at Law and Managing Partner at Komnenic Law Office. Until March 2017, Milos was Senior Associate at one of the leading law offices in Montenegro, heading activities related with corporate law, M&A, taxes, and advisory for foreign clients.


Born in 1984, Milos graduated high school in the United States of America, and his law degree was obtained at the University of Montenegro in Podgorica. He is member of the Montenegrin Bar Association and the International Bar Association. His law practice comprises of vast experience on foreign corporates advisory, corporate governance, tax, restructuring, privatization, regulatory, and competition law. His expertise include a variety of fields such as energy, utilities, infrastructures, banking, finance, and trade. Milos has extensive network in other countries of the region, as well as with Israeli companies and businessmen.


Milos was nominated as one of the leading lawyers in Montenegro by Chambers and Global in the years 2016 and 2017.

Alongside his professional engagements, Milos is an acting member of the Disciplinary Commission of the Basketball Club Buducnost in Podgorica, and until 2017, he was also a member of the Assembly of the Montenegrin Olympic Committee.
